Best Ever Spinach Artichoke Dip
This is a great, easy recipe for classic spinach artichoke dip. I used Classico jarred Alfredo sauce in the recipe and I served it with pita chips. We didn't finish it but it reheated well the following day.

Oranged Cranberry Sauce
This is the first cranberry sauce I ever made from scratch and I will never go back! Served this with a turkey on Christmas and everyone really liked it. I agree with other reviewers that this needed about two hours to cook down -- but I might have added too much water at the beginning -- the cranberries floated, so I wasn't sure how much to add to "cover". But it was easy to make as long as you budget the extra time for cooking down -- and it tastes really good!

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
This was very easy and really good! I used the Sweet Baby Ray's sauce, as others had suggested, and it was a great complement to the slight rootbear taste in the pork. One note -- once I shredded the pork and added the sauce, the meat was quite cool, so I left it in the crock pot on low for about 25 minutes to get it back to temp.
