About this Cook
I am the type of person you easily gets tired of the same things over and over. I always said once i have my place that the kitchen would be my favorite place. I recently moved now and have my own kitchen. I was so excited to make different things from appetizers to dessert to cultural foods. Now this is my favorite website. I am constantly on it adding interesting and delicious foods to my recipe box. At the moment I am an intermidiate cooker and would love to become an expert at it!!!

Chicken Fettuccini Alfredo
It didnt taste like the original Alfredo but it did taste good. This is why I rate it 3 stars.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II
Very tasty...Made a little changes.. I added half a chicken buillon and a tablespoon of lemon juice to the heavy cream and cornstarch to give it flavor. I felt it was to bland. I double everything so I can have extra sauce. I added mushrooms once the sauce was done and added to the chicken. LEt it stand for 5 mins and serve.

Home-Fried Potatoes
It came out so perfect!! I added a touch a latina flavor by adding a pouch of " Sazon Goya with culantro and achiote". It gave it a nice color so it doesnt look so pale anda nice extra taste. Dont over cook the potatoes because once you add all the ingredients to it, it will break apart. Once I added all the seasoning to it I lowered the heat all the way and left it in the pot for an extra 7 minutes so it can take up in all the flavor. Make sure you mix it every so often so every potato has a nice flavor!
