Apple Dumplings with Rich Cinnamon Sauce
Something so very simple, and yet delicious and great for company. Slice apples horizontally.

World's Best Lasagna
This very much worth the effort. I made 3 layers with extra ingredients (doubled the cheeses), and used red wine instead of water. Company loved it, and I have leftovers, because I made so much of it.
