Baked Chicken Nuggets
Wow, these were a hit with the kids! I used "jumbo tenders" and since we are a gluten free family, gluten-free corn flakes worked well. I used half the butter and mixed in an egg. The crumbs stuck well and the chicken came out tender and juicy!
