This was good, I didn't like the tortilla chip layer though....too soggy! I would leave that out next time and serve it over crispy tortilla chips. But very yummy, I would also cut some of the beans as well. But very filling andyummy!

Deep South Fried Chicken

Slow Cooker Beef Stew III

THis was yummy, I did add some flour to thicken itr up a little , and it was really delicious! I love being able to throw stuff into a crock pot and have dinner ready when I get home! A big hit!!!

Spiced Chicken Loaf

This was GREAT! I love ground chicken and this was the perfect recipe! My friend loved it as well. Served with mashed potatos and corn on the cob. It was GREAT!

Baked Scallops

This was great! I unfortunatley grabbed the onion salt instead of onion powder and it was a little too salty, but sooooo good! My boyfriend requested that I let him take the leftovers for work the next day. I added shrimp and fresh parsley and basil, it was wonderful and SO easy!!!
