Peanut Butter Bars I

These bars are SOOO good. Chocolate & PB - what more can you ask for. They are always a hit at parties and not too hard to make.

This is the easiest recipe I've ever made! I've made this for a few different parties and everyone LOVES it - it is very good with the mint oreos and the regular oreos. I just saw a different version of this where peanut butter was added to the chocolate - might have to try that. The recipe as is is fantastic - would be good to give as gifts.

Lasagna Alfredo Roll Ups

This was a surprisingly good recipe! I made it for a dinner party and everyone loved it - so different from regular lasagna. Suggest doubling this - trust me you will want leftovers!

Campbell's® Swiss Vegetable Casserole

Carrot Cake III

This really is the best carrot cake ever! Make exactly like the recipe - don't even try to change it - it's perfection. I put pecans in the cake, but not the icing. My aunts, grandma, everyone wants this recipe. Make sure to store in refrigerator. Enjoy!!!

Quick and Almost-Professional Buttercream Icing

I made this recipe as is (I did double it) and it was great. It does need to be refrigerated - but I always put my cake in the refrigerator anyway. The only thing I will do differently next time is to use unsalted butter - I only had salted butter on hand it it turned out fine - but I can see it having a different flavor with the unsalted. It's a great recipe and does taste professional!

Adam's Dirt Cookies

I love these cookies and have been making them for a while now. I made these recently and ran low on butter (I always use real butter - margarine seems to alter texture), so I used 1/2 butter with 1/2 Crisco butter flavored sticks and they turned out great- seemed to be a little more cake-like - less greasy. I love them either way -always get a good response from a crowd - thanks for interesting recipe!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

This is one of the best cookies ever! I make these all the time and they are gone before you know it. Be prepared - everyone will ask you for this recipe. The only thing I do differently from the recipe so that I don't have to buy 2 bags of chips is to buy one bag of the Reese's milk chocolate and peanut butter chips combined. These are wonderful!!!

Stuffed Green Peppers I

I've made this several times over the past few years and it's always fantastic! I do use the diced can tomatoes, but other than that don't change a thing. It's also good with red peppers. Thanks for the great recipe!

No Fuss Chicken

This is a really quick, easy baked chicken recipe. My husband hates dry baked chicken, so I was leary to make this, but it turned out super-moist (even better leftover). I do think that it was a bit rich - you could probably use a little less mayo, or something a litter lighter (maybe a light sour cream or light mayo), but otherwise this was great! I did add some spices to the mayo mixture to give it a little kick (some ceyanne pepper/various spices). Will definitely make again!

Chicago-Style Pan Pizza

This was awesome pizza. I used hot sausage and added pepperoni! Thank you everyone for the suggestions on baking 15 minutes before adding toppings - it turned out great! I personally love reading the suggestions from other readers - that's what makes cooking and this site so much fun!

Anniversary Chicken I

This was a surprisingly good recipe. I have to admit I was a little leary of the combination of teriyaki and ranch, but it cooked together great! The only change I made was to fry in olive oil instead of vegetable oil and I added some seasonings to the chicken while frying. This is a good one, that I'll try again!

Cheese Ball I

I've made this several times and it's always a hit at parties. It looks so fancy - like you spent a long time on it - but it takes about 5 minutes to make. I only use 2 cups of shredded, sharp cheese. The last time I tried it I crumbled 3 slices of bacon into it and added a dash or two of hot sauce - it was great! You can get very creative with this. Great recipe!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

I have been making these for some time and I love these cookies! They are a little more "cakey" than some, but taste wonderful and are really soft and stay that way. My suggestions are to buy the best chocolate chips (I prefer milk chocolate) and vanilla you can - it gives it such a wonderful taste! I cut the recipe by half and still had a nice amount of cookies. Thanks for the great recipe!

World's Best Lasagna

I have to agree - it is the best! I made a few changes: I baked this in a larger 11x15 pan, doubled the amount of lasagna noodles, ricotta and parmesan and also added some sliced provolone (if you love extra cheese). I did use a little more ground beef - about 1.25 lb. There was plenty of sauce for this size pan. I also followed the other suggestions of adding nutmeg to the ricotta, using fresh basil and parsley and soaked the noodles in hot water for 30 minutes, rather than boiling. I cooked the sauce for about 3-4 hours. These are all great tips! I do think that the sausage and fennel give this recipe a special taste. My husband said this was the best lasagna he's tasted! It's very authentic - better than any restaurant. If you want to WOW a dinner party - this is the recipe to use!
