Seafood Enchiladas
Dont get these if you want spicy enchiladas. They are more of the creamy plain type... good but I will likely not make again.

Gourmet Mushroom Risotto
Good but slightly plain. I added a couple cloves of garlic, extra chives and about an extra half poubd of mushrooms! Also, I think more parmesan is always a good thing!

Vietnamese Fresh Spring Rolls
This recipe is okay. basically followed it except that for lettuce I used Butter lettuce. Also, besdies the lettuce I mixed the fillings into a bowl and added a spicy mayo sauce (1/2 cup mayo, 1/4 cup chili garlic sauce and 1/4 cup brown sugar). My friends all rave about this and request it for every gathering!!! Also, you can add up to a 1/2 chili sauce if you like things REALLY spicy...
