I can't believe I haven't reviewed these cookies yet! I've been making them for a while , exactly as the recipe states , I always double the batch and get exactly 36 large cookies. Mine always take exactly 18 mins. I've made them with so many different add ins , for Christmas gifts I added red & green M&M's and milk chocolate chips. The batch I have in the freezer right now (Made 36 dough balls weeks ago and have about 7 now and they taste great and an awesome quick snack to make for guests when they come over, just pop them out let the oven preheat and them defrost a bit and 18 mins) are chocolate chips, PB chips and mini Hersey kisses. Trying CC, white CC and PB M&M's next week :) These cookies are sooo good you can't help but eat them right out of the stove , but if you can wait they taste even better the next day (If stored properly) The dough definitely needs to be refrigerated for a few hours , overnight if possible before rolling into balls.
