Broccoli Cheddar Casserole
This is NOT a casserole but more like a broccoli omelet. It was not suitable for a Charistmas dinner and my family did not like it at all. It was also very bland tasting. I will not be making this dish again.

Christmas Cauliflower
After reading the reviews, I was expecting a very tasty dish and was disappointed that this dish was actually quite bland tasting. I omitted the pimentos, so I don't know how much that had an effect on the resulty, but I won't be doing it again.

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms
I was out of parmesan so I replaced it with shredded white cheddar. This was an amazingly delicious recipe that I will be making again.
