We loved these, used healthy no nitrite/nitrate turkey dogs. Easy to make but of course cut the half of hot dog in pieces as pictured. No doubt the kids will love these but 2 thumbs up from 2 seniors.

Feta Cheese Turkey Burgers

Loved these, a great twist on the run of the mill hamburger. Used black olives from the can and pan fried in a little bit of healthy fat. As suggested put them in pita with lettuce, tomato & onion which really added to the flavor. Husband loved as well.

Turkey a la Oscar

Fab recipe, loved it! As suggested added lemon juice and tarragon to the sauce as well as salt and pepper. Used fresh green beans since I didn't have Asparagus. Pounded turkey breasts, sprinkled with S&P and sauteed in smart balance with the garlic. Removed & added shrimp. Put cooked shrimp & beans into sauce to rewarm & poured over fillets. (also I cut the shrimp in thirds). The flavor was great

Creamy Coleslaw

My husband and I loved this & we could normally take coleslaw or leave it as the saying goes. I did cut down on the mustard the 2nd time around but either way it was great. Someone gave me a cabbage & now I'll be buying one just to make this again and again. Today I was rushed so just added the slaw without the onion & pepper and it was still scrumptious. Thanks

Crustless Spinach Quiche

Wow we had it for dinner last night and it was a hit. Am bringing it to a BBQ, will double the ingredients. Since I give my dogs a taste of most of what I make I left out the onion and used celery instead and it worked fine. Also I used a glass casserole dish instead of a pie plate.

Orzo and Tomato Salad with Feta Cheese

Loved it,used half the oil as suggested, dried herbs worked fine, black olives instead of green and acini de pepe (I think that's right,tiny ball like pasta) instead of orzo making the salad look and taste unique.It was a hit.

Gourmet Chicken Sandwich

My husband and I were both dubious over how such a simple thing might be so very special. But the combination of flavors was amazing. Even when I tried it a second time at first we still thought we had to have been mistaken at believing it would taste so good, but surprise, it really was that good.
