This is a fantastic recipe. I tried it months ago, and I've been making it regularly ever since. I've gradually made a few changes... Now I omit the garlic powder; instead, I crush a clove of garlic and add it to the marinade. And instead of using lemon pepper, I just put a slice of lemon on the fillet as it grills, then squeeze the lemon onto the fish once it's on my plate.
