Cocktel de Camaron

Reviewed: Dec. 18, 2008
This is delicious and was loved by all both times that i served it. The 2nd time I used 1/3 C. ketchup, 1/3 C. chili sauce, and 1/3 C. orange soda for the sauce and added a little finely chopped onion and a couple extra shrimp - EVEN BETTER!

Barbecued Pot Roast

Reviewed: Feb. 11, 2010
This is delicious. I used an English roast closer to 2#, and a little extra seasoning before browning. Best to slice thin and let it set in the sauce a few minutes.

Rosemary Carrots

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2011
An AMAZING way to prepare otherwise boring old cooked carrots! I didn't have a bouillon cube, so I substituted an equal amount of "Penzeys Fox Point" seasoning. I used ALL of the carrot broth vs. recipe’s 2-tbsp. I also added two 2 tbsps. of butter to the sauce mixture before boiling. I sliced my carrots in a food processor with the "thin slice" blade (much thinner than the attached picture) and therefore, they didn't require much cooking at all. They were al dente perfect! The carrots and sauce were prepared in advance and refrigerated. At meal time, combined both and heated on “WM” for 20 or so minutes while finishing the entree. Great fall root vegetable recipe!

Marinated Baked Pork Chops

Reviewed: Feb. 27, 2013
This is a 5 star IF you triple the sauce, add 2 cloves of minced garlic and a touch of ginger, marinate the chops in 1/2 the sauce for a couple of hours, and reduce the cooking time by almost 1/2. Also great for chicken (cook full amountof time).

Cordon Bleu Chicken Rolls

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2010
The chicken was good using the panko crumbs, but this sauce is terrible. Condensed soup + sour cream = nasty!

Amy's Cilantro Cream Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2010
I LOVE each ingredient in this recipe, but it was far too intense - mainly the garlic powder and lime. The gasses from it blew the lid right off of the tupperware container after a couple of days. Had to dispose.

Grilled Brown Sugar Pork Chops

Reviewed: Mar. 24, 2009
I was also very disappointed with this recipe and will not make it again. Still blah even with the garlic and some bourbon. Really can only taste the brown sugar.

Herbed Scalloped Potatoes and Onions

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2013
Lacking something, too onion-y, and too much cooking time.
