Best of Everything Veggie Burgers
We really enjoyed these but I, too, wound up having to add a LOT more breadcrumbs than the recipe called for and don't know why as I followed all directions exactly as written. Other than that, no issues and we loved them (although the kids weren't quite as crazy about them)! Also, I'd recommend cooking the rice according to package directions as I walked away from mine after setting the timer for the amount of time listed and wound up having to make new We'll definitely be making these again!

Homemade Crispy Seasoned French Fries
I actually made this recipe with organic sweet potatoes. We had veggie burgers and sweet potato fries and these stole the show. I did fry them because I was already changing the recipe up a bit and didn't want it to turn out to be a disaster but you can bet that next time, we'll be baking these! They were delicious - I used 4 potatoes and it fed all seven of us (2 adults and our five children) with some left over! One thing I would recommend is drying the potatoes VERY well if you are going to leave them soaking in water. I gave ours a quick pat before putting them in the batter but by the end of the potatoes, my batter was a LOT runnier than it was at the beginning. So just make sure you get ALL excess water off to avoid the same issue! Thanks for a great recipe!

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna
I am making this recipe for a second time tonight after we loved it the first time. The only real changes I made were instead of baking or boiling the chicken, etc. I pan seared mine with some complimentary seasonings since so many people had stated that the chicken was a little bland. We were DELIGHTED with the end result and am making it for company tonight along with some homemade french bread, caesar salad for dessert, and homemade cannolis!!!! Thanks for sharing!
