I personally liked this alot, but I only gave it four stars because my family didn't love it. Not too salty-which is our one issue with corned beef (we don't use salt in our household, lol, so any degree of saltiness is noticeable) Super easy, super tasty, and paired perfectly with Diana's Colcannon, found on this site also!

I've never made this before but it was extremely simple and super tasty. I paired it with a corned beef recipe found here too....possibly the guiness beer! my family doesn't like it too salty and this colcannon cuts down on the saltiness too!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Yummy, but the sauce (Frank's red hot---duh!) was too spicy for me and the kids. Made this for a football party and of course the guys loved it although a couple did mention that it was too spicy-of course they ate it all up anyway.! I did use shredded rotesserie chicken instead of canned chicken. The flavor was great, I will have to search for a less spicy wing sauce.

Terrific Turkey Meat Loaf

My children, from 4 to 17 LOVE this meatloaf. My husband always loves a good turkey recipe. This is easy and I follow the recipe except for olives. Turns out perfectly every time! Super moist too. My family of four finishes the whole thing off in one meal, so the serving size is proper. Yummy!!! Never thought I would like let alone love a 'turkey' meatloaf, but I do!

Tomato and Mozzarella Bites

These are perfect little appetizers to take to a party or serve at your own. Since some people don't love basil like I do, I ground up fresh basil-it has more flavor than the dried basil, but the dried basil will work in a pinch-and added it to the oil and vinegar which I drizzled over the plate just before the guests arrived. They disappeared faster than I could replace them! I also lined the plate with slices of baguettes and had the server with the oil/vinegar/basil so that they could sop up their leftovers or use as a dipping sauce!

Florentine Artichoke Dip

Very tasty. My guests loved it. I think my slow cooker runs hot. It got a little of dried out after awhile. I am accustomed to serving my normal artichoke dip out of my slow cooker throughout the event. I will have to tweak it a bit to make it work for me

Old Fashioned Mac and Cheese

I LOVE THIS MAC & CHEESE and so did everyone else who had it, even the kids. I only tweaked it a little - I cut down on the onion to taste. I used 1/2 cream and 1/2 milk and for my 3 cheeses, I used white sharp cheddar, mild cheddar, and monterey jack. I had so many rave reviews, someone just asked me to make it for a party of 40! Sounds easy enough! Thanks for this great recipe!
