Cheesy Onion Roll-Ups

The only additional ingredient I use is chopped cilantro, especially using the stems. It adds a wonderful flavor to the cheeses. Everyone loves them! Making some today for the Superbowl.

Grilled Yellow Squash

New Orleans Barbequed Shrimp

Made this last night. Just put in a lasagna dish, covered and put on the grill. This is the best!!! Will definitely be making this again. Thanks for the recipe!

Adobo Sirloin

This is similar to our recipe except after peeling the onion, scoop out a little onion on top and place a beef buillion cube in the scooped out area, top with a pat of butter and twist with foil. Verry good.

Uncle Mike's Vinegar Pepper Sauce

This is the best. We also make Carolina slaw and use this sauce in it instead of mayo. Just like Tommy's BBQ in Thomasville, NC.

Dave's Low Country Boil

We use a recipe that is very similar to this, but we add whole onions and bay or sea scallops. Also added is an Old Bay crab/shrimp boil bag that has all the seasoning in the bag.
