Flat Iron Steak with Three Pepper Rub

Wow! I followed the recipe just as written and it was AMAZING!!! My hubby couldn't stop eating the steak and he kept raving that it was restaurant quality. I plan to make this next time we have company over.

Almond Cherry Biscotti

Wow!!!! I thought I would try my hand at making Biscotti and I was blown away by this recipe! I'm addicted and now have my third batch in the oven. :) The second batch I added cranberries and orange peel instead of the cherries. Very good! My husband took a batch along to work today for their Christmas snack day.

Tacos in Pasta Shells

I've used a recipe very similar to this one. The only difference is that you add a packet of taco seasoning to the gound beef. Can't imagine the dish without. Also, I didn't have Taco Sauce so I used red Enchilada sauce instead. SO YUMMY!!! I will use Enchilada sauce from now on. My husband loves this dish. Great for packing in lunches the next day. Delish!
