Hoot-n Holler Baby Back Pork Ribs
THE best ribs. I simmered them for over 1 1/2 hours until just tender. As soon as I took them out of the broth I slathered them with the BBQ sauce. I used Sweet Baby Ray's Vidalia Onion sauce and cut back the brown sugar just a bit. This is definitely restaurant quality.

Sweet Dinner Rolls
THE BEST rolls!! I followed the recipe exactly with my bread machine. The dough consistency was perfect. Rather than making them into crescent rolls, I placed 16 rolled balls into two round cake pans that were sprayed with Pam. Before baking I brushed the tops with just a little melted butter. I might try tweaking them just for fun next time to come up with the rolls Texas Roadhouse makes. The aroma, texture, and flavor of these rolls is amazing.

Pizza Crust I
Excellent crust! Soft texture on the inside and slightly crusty on the outside. I always mist a little olive oil over the edges of the crust before baking. 20 minutes at 425 was just right. I doubled the batch in my bread machine for two pizzas which worked out perfectly. My new favorite pizza dough recipe!
