Spinach Brownies

Reviewed: May 2, 2012
These were awesome, and so easy to make! I used fresh spinach that I needed to use up today, and sautéed the onions with it. Added some garlic salt, pepper, and a dash of nutmeg. Amazing! Definitely a keeper, thanks!

Easy Ice Cream Cake

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2012
So delicious and easy to make! This was so much better than a store bought cake. We wanted mint flavor, so we used Blue Bunny mint grasshopper sandwiches, and put a layer of crushed mint Oreo cookies in the middle. This was an amazing birthday cake, and a keeper for sure, thanks!

Slow Cooker Texas Pulled Pork

Reviewed: Aug. 14, 2011
Made this last night to take to a picnic today. It could not have been easier!!! I cooked it on low for about 8 hours and woke up to an amazing aroma in the whole house. Shredded it with two forks and put it back in the pot. The meat was amazingly tender, can't wait to eat some today with a little hot sauce!

Tater Taco Casserole

Reviewed: Jul. 30, 2011
This was an amazing dish. I made it both for my family and for a friend. We ate every crumb, no leftovers at all. I used a frozen bag of corn, and added a can of pinto beans and some salsa as I mixed it all together. Also, since I doubled the recipe, I used plain and nacho cheese soup. Also, I followed the advice of others, and cooked at 450 for about 20 minutes. This is a new favorite for my family.

Batman's Best Caesar Dressing

This dressing was easy to make, and was incredible!! My husband commented several times through dinner how delicious the dressing was. Thank you!! I used Greek yogurt instead of sour cream, and garlic salt instead of anchovy paste. It really was delicious

Ten Minute Enchilada Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2010
I made this sauce to go with Angela's Awesome Enchilada's, and it was amazing!! I was nervous b/c it called for 1/4 cup of chili powder, but that is what it needed. The flour definitely helped it become a nice thickness, and the flavor was incredible. I even used it on scrambled eggs for breakfast. Thanks!

Angela's Awesome Enchiladas

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2010
This recipe was amazing!!! I cooked it for dinner guests last night, and there was only 1/2 of an enchilada left! The flavors were amazing, and it was really easy to assemble. I did not have enchilada sauce, but I found a really great recipe on this website, and made it. I will DEFINITELY be making these again!!!!

Best Marinara Sauce Yet

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2009
This was an amazingly simple and delicious sauce. I left out the onions, b/c I have people who don't like "chunks". I also did the substitution with the chicken broth. This was awesome with bread sticks, and amazing on our stuffed crust pizza. I will be making spaghetti with it next week. So easy to make, and DELICIOUS!!

Pizza Dough I

This was amazingly simple and delicious. The crust was just the right thickness, and had a wonderful, chewy texture. We made breadsticks with it, and I made a stuffed crust pizza with it using mozzarella cheese sticks. It was so fast and easy to use, I will be using this over and over!!!!!

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2008
I made this for our Christmas Eve party, and it was a HUGE hit! I used strawberry preserves, and chilled for a couple of hours. I made the cinnamon chips right before serving so they were still a little warm. The mixture of cold fruit and warm chips was amazing. Everybody loved this, and it was really easy to make. I am using the leftover fruit (which there was hardly any) as topping for homemade waffles. I will definitely be making this again!

Sugar Coated Pecans

Reviewed: Dec. 25, 2008
We had this at our Christmas Eve party last night, and not only was it easy to make, they were DELICIOUS! I am still munching on them today. I am thinking about having them as a topping for Butter Pecan ice cream.
