Baked Penne with Italian Sausage
I have made this several times, even my picky kids will eat it. It also freezes very well. I vary the tomatoes depending on what I have on hand, and usually throw in mushrooms too. This is a regular in our house.

Pork Marsala
I love this, have made several times and even my kids like it. Today I made it without the flour because I'm cutting out wheat. It turned out great - I just added a little cornstarch at the end to thicken the sauce.

Banana Sour Cream Bread
