Crab Stuffed Flounder

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2009
I always order this when we go out, but now I don't have to! Delicious! I did alter it a bit...sorry. I used 1/2 cup crab and 1 can of tiny shrimp. And I probably used about 20 buttery round crackers. I rolled the fish around the stuffing and put the sauce on the fish. Excellent!!! Thank you so much!

My husband really liked it, and all the kids ate it...so that makes it 5 stars in my book. Thanks for the great recipe!

These were very good. I loved the buttery top. I used Pepper Jack cheese instead because that is what I had on hand.

Black Magic Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 23, 2009
I just made this cake. I made two 9 inch cakes, to make a layer cake. Maybe not such a good with this particular recipe. I greased and floured well, but I had a lot of trouble getting them out of the pans. I had to piece one of them together. I tasted one of the chunks that I just could not put back together. The cake tastes great but has more of a brownie taste. I have not frosted it yet, and I am very nervous to do so at this point. But overall, a good recipe!

Crispy Baked Basa

Reviewed: Apr. 20, 2009
The fish was very tasty cooked this way, and the sauce was very good as well. I did not have capers for the sauce, so I omited that and I used panko bread crumbs on the fish! I served the fish with fresh steamed broccoli. YUMMY all the way around!

Amish White Bread

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2009
I love this bread. I cut the recipe in half and use the dough setting on my bread machine and then bake it in the oven. My son would eat a peanut butter sandwich for every meal if I let him. I like knowing exactly what is in all that bread he eats!

Tiramisu Layer Cake

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2009
WOW! This was excellent! Not overly strong...just right! I also flavored two of the cake layers and doubled the liqueur everywhere! I would have taken a picture to post, however I am NOT a cake decorator! The cake tasted SOOOOO much better than it looked. LOL!!

Irish Cream Bundt Cake

Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU, for posting this recipe. I made this today for the adults at my daughters birthday party. There is no cake left, and I had to give the recipe to several people. I did omit the water and used a full cup of Irish Cream. This cake was so yummy! I will be making this again....SOON!

Creme Brulee French Toast

Delicous. The only thing I did different was to leave the crusts on the bread. I made this for our Christmas morning brunch. Everyone loved it. I will make it again soon...maybe for new years morning. Thank you so much for sharing this recipe.

Crispy and Creamy Doughnuts

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2008
I made these several years ago, and they were delicious. I don't care for them when they are fried in vegetable oil. I think they taste much better fried in shortening. They will taste more like the KK ones. I thought the only differnece was in the glaze. KK's glaze was sweeter. I am going to go and make them right now. The only question I have, is can I some how prepare them ahead of time, and fry them later?
