I love to experiment in the kitchen. I am more of a cook than a baker. When I cook I am able to add a spice or subtract an ingredient more so than in baking.
I really fell in love with cooking when I was in college and studied abroad in Italy. We learned how to make homemade red sauce with roma tomatoes and fresh garlic. It was wonderful! I've been doing it ever since.
