I opted to use the bake/broil method since I ran out of propane for my grill. I baked it at 450 for 12 minutes and broiled it for 5 min. It tasted awesome and the only thing I'd recommend when using this method is use lemon juice and pepper to make it not so salty to the taste buds. Other than that the recipe was AWESOME!!! I served it with brown rice, corn (for my picky hubby and son)and brocoli and cheese (for myself).
