Tina's Shortbread Chocolate Chip Cookies

These were delicious! They were rich, velvety and soo good. They are crumbly though, but shortbreads are. I used my KitchenAid and they mixed easily.

Ciabatta Bread

I followed the recipe exactly. It was delicious for what it is - a ciabatta without a sponge. highly recommended for a busy night! i baked one loaf and put the other one in the fridge to bake tomorrow night.
