About this Cook
Love to BBQ, rain or shine. Own one propane gas grill. 1 22 1/2" Weber grill, 1 Perfect Flame smoker, which I love, and a turkey deep fryer.
My favorite things to cook
Tri-tip,chicken and steak.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Mostly tri-tip, steak and beef jerky. Not too bad at smoked salmon either.
My cooking triumphs
Cooked 200 lbs of baby back ribs for a rib feed. Came out fantastic. Not at home but on their grill.

Grilled Pork Tenderloin
I used my Charbroil SRG and it is fantastic. Loved the pork tenderloin.

Meatloaf...a Little Southwest Style
Loved it. Used Piacate sauce instead of salsa and cooked it in my smoker at 275 with a temperature probe so I knew when it was done. Hint: put the meat loaf in the freezer for about 30 min then take it out of the pan, then you can cook it without it sitting in all that grease.

Grilled BBQ Meatloaf
This is great. What's wrong with making too much? We just love cold meatloaf sandwiches. I cook it in my smoker and add a little mesquite smoke flavor to it. Fantastic.
