Olive and Feta Pasta

Wonderful. I love olives and mushrooms, so I was looking forward to trying this. I'll definitely be making it many times again.

Mushrooms with a Soy Sauce Glaze

I was pleasantly surprised. I wasn't sure what to expect with this recipes, because of the mushroom and soy sauce combination. They were amazing. I added onions though, because I can never have mushrooms without onions. I will admit though, I was experimenting and added some green beans I had boiled. Big Mistake! I'm definitely going to make this again, only mushrooms and onions.

Strawberry Vanilla Pancakes

These pancakes exceeded my expectations.They were not at all thin and definitely rich with strawberries. I really liked them and they made my kitchen smell amazing. I changed a few things though. I used half the vanilla, after reading some other reviews, and I used half the veggie oil. I am not a big fan of oil. Overall though, these were great. ill be making them again.

Absolutely Sinful Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies

These cookies were great! I left out the baking soda, but it was only a small detail. The recipe was enough for me to make 36. However, since the cookies were a very light color, I kept thinking they weren't ready yet and ended up burning the first 9 cookies. The rest were really good though. Even my parents thought they were great.
