Very easy and nice looking cookie. My young children were able to do a lot of the "work" involved in baking these so they are great for family baking. The flavor didn't knock my socks off but it was good.

Easy Ice Cream Cake

Better Than Sex Cake II

Excellent! Made it exactly as the recipe states. It was even better a day after sitting in the fridge. I loved that the bottom got a bit soggy. The texture and flavor were fantastic. It's not too sweet, which is very surprising. Even my husband liked it and he's not a big sweets/chocolate fan.

Chicken Pesto a la Lisa

I found it to be too salty. I used low sodium chicken broth but it still tasted a bit "off". My husband liked it more than I did.

Baked Chicken Nuggets

I was not a big fan but my kids liked them so I'm being generous with my 4 stars. I used the wire rack and put them under the broiler for the last few minutes but they still were not crispy at all. The bread crumb texture was sandy.

Easy Sugar Cookies

Even after reading the suggestions from other reviews I still came out with crumbly dough. I used soft butter, added an extra egg and some extra vanilla and I froze the dough briefly and sprayed my hands with PAM but still had a tough time with the dough coming together. The flavor of the dough was nice but it wasn't worth the time.

Pumpkin Bread IV

Perfect! I upped the spices a little and added raisins to one loaf and left the others plain. DELICIOUS. I think it would be even better with walnuts. Great pumpkin flavor!

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies III

These came out really moist and soft, which was wonderful and my kids loved them. I really like a stronger pumpkin flavor and I feel like the choc chips were all I could taste. I'm going to try making them again with more pumpkin and less choc chips.

Spiced Pork Chops

I made this for dinner tonight. I thought is was pretty good but it was still a bit too sweet for me. I only used about 2 tablespoons of ketchup and replaced the rest with about 2/3 cup of red wine. I think that I will make this again but I will cut back on the brown sugar a little bit. It was a good recipe but I need to play with it a bit to get it just right for my taste.

Award Winning Chili

This chili is fantastic! I have made many different chili recipes and I think this is the best yet! I made a few changes to the recipe just because I was missing a few of the ingredients. I did not use the carrot or the celery and I only used green pepper because I didn't have any redbell peppers. I also didn't have any steak sauce so I used 1/3 cup equal parts ketchup and worcestershire sauce. I did add nearly 1 cup of water in the last step to reach the consistency I wanted, otherwise it would have been far too thick.
