Beef Roast and Yorkshire pudding at Christmas,And a Sea food breakfast on special occasions. I come from a Norwegian family.

Cinnamon rolls,Shepard's pie, Steak,carousel cake, enchiladas, I can cook pretty much anything, and it usually turns out good.

pea soup,pumpkin pie & bread...I have no idea why.
