Banana Sour Cream Bread
My loaves came out completely raw in the middle, and almost burnt around the edges. I tried cooking it longer, but it didn't work. The banana bread was way to sweet as well. I am going to play with this recipe, and hopefully when i try it again today it will work.

Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies I
These cookies are fantastic! My cookies tend to go flat. So i used 1/2 cup REAL butter and 1/2 shortening. I also took the advice of another review and did half brown, and half white sugar. I won't be buying cookies anymore. :o)
