Zesty Porcupine Meatballs

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2010
My husband and son loved these. They were very tasty, and it is a must make again in my home! I followed the recipe exactly. I think next time I will just put it in a loaf rather than make meatballs just to cut out a step or two. Overall, very yummy!

Creamy Rice Pudding

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2014
This recipe rocks. This was the first time making rice pudding. My family loved it, and they asked me to make it again today. I think next time I will add another 1/2 tsp of vanilla. It was easy to make. It tasted good warm, and I had the little bit left over for breakfast cold. This is a keeper.

Swedish Rye Bread II

Reviewed: Jan. 28, 2014
This was a great recipe. It definitely made 3 large loafs of bread. Perfect for sandwich making. I put in an additional tblsp of orange zest. My whole family loved it. The only down side was that rye flavor was too mild for my family's liking. I will definitely will make again, but I will add 2 more cups of rye flour and 2 cups less of white.

This recipe rocks. My husband doesn't like apricot, but he didn't leave anything on his plate. He wants me to make again. My son loved it as well. It pleased picky eaters. A definite keeper. I wouldn't change a thing on the recipe.

Holiday Peppermint Bark

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2010
This was a great recipe. I did add the 1 tblsp oil as suggested, and it turned out very smooth. When I crushed up the candy canes. I removed any big pieces and only mixed in the fine crushed stuff. I then topped the spread with the bigger pieces. Everyone loved it... It is a must make again recipe. Thanks to whomever shared this recipe.

Beef Tips

Reviewed: May 24, 2010
This was a great recipe. My family loved it. My husband asked when I was going to make it again. I didn't change the recipe at all. It was easy to make. I think next time the only thing I would try different is to make it all up and cook it in the slow cooker. So, the meat would be a little more tender.

Mexican Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2010
My family LOVED this recipe. They told me it was a keeper. My son asked for it again today. I did make minor changes. I used kidney beans instead of black beans, since that was what I had in the cubbard. I also sprayed the pan with Pam and put half of the chrushed tortilla chips on the bottom of pan. I spinkled it with a little cheese before I put the chicken mixture in the pan. Then I followed the rest of the directions. Topped it with a dab of sourcream and spinkled it with chopped olives. It tasted great, and it was easy clean up.

Loved this recipe. I used the noodles in many dishes instead of pasta. All of them turned out great. It's a keeper. Great way to use the summer zucchini in your garden.

Creamy Cranberry Salad

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2008
This was a great recipe. Everyone in my family loves it. I made and took it to last years Thanksgiving at my in-laws. Before I left I had atleast three request for the recipe. This year I was asked to make and bring it with me again. Just follow the recipe. I would recommend black cherry gelatin, but that is just a personal preference. This recipe is a keeper!

Chicken Tetrazzini I

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2014
This was very good. It made a lot more food than was expected. We had lots of leftover which my son and husband actually ate. They have never really eaten leftovers in the past. My son says it was tons better than the dish made at school. I liked it, but it was a little salty for me. Both told me this recipe was a keeper. I will make again.

very yummy! My son doesn't want the raisins added next time, and my husband said it needed butterscotch chips. I cannot please everyone, but I will make it again. Next time I'm going to add dehydrated apples.

Apricot Barbecued Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2013
I loved it, but my husband didn't. My son said there was enough apricot to cover the flavor of the chicken, and he would eat it again if I made him. I would make again on a night my hubby will not be home for dinner.
