Very yummy. I typically do not like broccoli, but I thought I would try this for something different. Mmm, glad I did! I tried this with a dried tortellini (in pasta aisle) and another time with frozen tortellini. Both times turned out great.

Bean Relish

This is a classic recipe! I also grew up in Massachusetts and have had this at many different restaurants around town. I even see it at the local grocery stores now-a-days labeled as Boston Bean Dip. When I make it, I like to put about 1/2 the beans into a food processor to smooth out the consistency. Very yummy!

Blueberry Streusel Coffee Cake

I had to throw it out! I should've trusted my instinct when I questioned the 2 tablespoons of baking powder. It left a bitter taste. I think maybe the recipe should have read teaspooons.

Cracker Candy

Old fashioned dessert. Very yummy! I tried it with milk chocolate chips and it didn't spread smooth like the semi-sweet. Will make over and over.

Chicken Enchiladas II

I tried making this recipe twice. The flavor is great. I'm just having a hard time with consistency. I used a candy thermometer also, that didn't help. It seemed to sugary for my liking. Creamy would be better.

Chicken Marsala

I doubled this recipe and served it over angel hair pasta. It was a huge hit with everyone. I thought it was just alright. I would have prefered more sauce over pasta and I would have sprinkled parmesan cheese over it (I didn't have any on hand, though).
