Greek Garbanzo Bean Salad

I loved this salad! The only thing i did different was I only used 1/4 cup of Italian dressing. I make it every week now for my lunch and for friends!

I gave this recipe 5 stars! It really is easy and good. I did change oil to 1/4 and applesauce 3/4 cup. Added 29 ozs. of pumpkin and decreased water to 1/3 cup. I used 2 cups of sugar . My husband has been on Weight Watchers for a year so I do try to make it somewhat healthier! This will replace all pumpkin bread recipes I have.

Elegant Chicken

I tried this recipe and found it was really good. What I did was lay dried beef in bottom after rinsing, then put chicken breasts on top, then bacon slices. Baked one hour took off bacon ,drained the grease off then added my soup and sour cream. Baked an additional hour. Turned out great. Try it!

Danish Almond Puff

I have made this for years, but what I do is after its baked and cooled I slice the two pastries in half long ways and fill with instant vanilla pudding prepared as for a pie and add adrop or two of almond extract. Then put top on and frost. It always is a big hit and everyone wants the recipe.
