Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Made this for my family of 11 (yes, 11) last night-it was a huge hit! Other than butter instead of margarine, I made it as written. Everyone went back for seconds, and some for thirds. I served it over egg noodles and will make it again. This was a great, super-easy meal for a large family.

World's Best Lasagna

WOW! This is the best lasagna I have ever had. It's also the first time I've ever made my own lasagna, and it was well worth it. I really didn't find it that time consuming. I can't find sweet Italian sausage here, so I just used pork sausage. I cut the salt by about 1 tsp. and threw in another garlic clove. My whole tribe (hubby and seven children) loved it!

The Whole Jar of Peanut Butter Cookies

Wow! I have never really cared for peanut butter cookies-until now. These are wonderful! I left out the chopped peanuts and threw in a bag of mini chocolate peanut butter cups and the whole gang loved them. Next time I think I'll try these using crunchy peanut butter, as someone else did.
