Penne with Red Pepper Sauce and Broccoli

This rocks! The red pepper sauce also goes great with breadsticks. I also make pizzas with this red pepper sauce. Nice change of pace from tomatoes. Versatile and yummy!

Arugula Salad with Cannellini Beans

We were both shocked at how good this was. I do love arugula and I used white wine vinegar instead. Used fresh agugula, tomatoes and basil from the garden. Excellent!

Sweet-Sour Kidney Beans

Very good! Nice proportions. The only thing I added was a little cayenne. Sweet, sour & spicey. We will be making this again & again.

Green Bean and Potato Salad
