Marcia's Famous Sticky Buns

Reviewed: May 15, 2010
I made a few of these for a church bake sale. They were awesome and so easy. I too used Cook and Serve butterscotch pudding mix, sprinkled on top. Melted the butter, brown sugar and pecans on stove and poured all over the top. I also think using a round cake pan or a 9 x 9 pan with 8 or 9 rolls turns out better. It's more ooey and gooey that way. Flip it over when finished and not only do you have delicious rolls but fantastic presentation as well.

Red Beans, Rice and Sausage

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2010
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you New Orleans Lady!!! I've been looking for the Real Deal on Red Beans and Rice for 10 years and finally found your recipe. I had friends from New Orleans that made this but moved away and I never got their recipe (I think he didn't want to give it to a Yankee:) ) I cooked it just like the recipe said and it turned out AWESOME!! The only thing is I don't know what pickled pork is so I used diced ham instead. I will definately make this often. Thank you!

Spaghetti Sauce II

Awesome Sauce. Froze the leftover sauce and it was great served with meatballs as an appetizer.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2010
This is an awesome recipe. If you like the classic, rich, "plain" cheesecake, this recipe is for you. Don't change ANYTHING!! Follow the recipe to the letter. I've made this many times and it comes out perfect every time. I bake mine in a hot water bath and I follow directions and no matter what---don't open the oven door for 5 hours. It has never fallen and looks and tastes delicious!!

Apple Squares

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2009
I also doubled the batch. Put 2 1/4 cup diced apples and only used 3/4 cup sugars. I didn't want walnuts so I chopped up some peanuts which turned out to be a good addition.
