Chef John's Caramel Apple Pie
Wonderful! My husband never eats apple pie, but said this one was the bomb! I followed the useful tips. Lightly floured the apples, cut the apples slightly bigger and allowed it to cool completely. The crust was amazing and the filling was light but sweet. This recipes stays in my recipe box! Thanks Chef John, I appreciate the videos so much.

Mostaccioli with Spinach and Feta
Easy to make and tasty with some minor adjustments as some reviewers suggested. 2-15 oz cans of diced tomatoes with basil, oregano and garlic. I used all 8 ounces of feta and about 10 oz of penne. I added 1 Tbsp of Italian seasoning and 1/2 cup of dry parmesean cheese and added chipotle seasoning (contained red pepper flakes), as well as the pine nuts. Very tasty! Next time I'll try it with shrimp and mushrooms.

Braised Balsamic Chicken
Just made this for dinner. Took other reviews advice; added brown sugar to cut the acidic vinegar, just a tad. Mixed herbs with vinegar and tomatoes. Cubed chicken prior to cooking. Served over angel hair pasta. Yuuummm. Will make again! Thanks for sharing.
