Banana Banana Bread
Absolutely LOVE this easy recipe!!! My mom has been bugging me to make her banana bread for the past couple weeks. Finally, I was ready to make them! We had 3 overripe bananas and were absolutely perfect ...I've used regular bananas before and you don't get that much "banana flavor" which you really need in banana bread. The only changes I made was I used 3 Overripe Bananas instead of measuring 2 1/3 cups of them. & I accidentally mixed all the ingredients in the wrong order BUT, I wish I took a pic of it. It was still absolutely perfect, moist, and quite delicious! Thank you for the recipe!

Chocolate Banana Bread
Made this for the 1st time last week!!! Lemme is AWESOME!!!!!! I've gotta so many raves from my family and my work. Note: This mix/batter makes a lot. I was able to make 1 9 x 13 pan and a loaf pan. Changes I made: 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup white sugar 7 bananas (might do 8 next time or add banana extract) 1 cup REGULAR sour cream 2 tsp cinnamon

Carrot Cake III
This recipe was awesome & easy! Thank you for the recipe!! It's a huge hit!!! Below are some slight changes I made due to reading reviews and to my liking :o) Cake Mix: Ommited Pecans Used 1 Cup Brown Sugar, 1 Cup White Sugar Used 3/4 Cup Oil, 1/2 Cup Apple Sauce Baking Time: Approx. 40 mins ( I kept checking back) Its best not to shake the pan too much to check if its done because the MIDDLE will definitely sink in! Frosting: I used 2 and a Half cups of powdered sugar
