Whole Wheat Pita Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2009
These turned out great! The people that made neg. comments did not make them i dont think..they just read it...yes some steps were omitted but not hard to figure out what to do. i devided the dough up into eight balls then rolled them out.. half i cooked in the frying pan and the other half in the oven... both turned out great! Thanks for the recipe.

Todd's Famous Blueberry Pancakes

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2009
These were delicious! I have to admit I prefer whole wheat flour but my significant other likes white...so I used half whole wheat and other half I used white..To compensate for the heavyness of the wheat flour I separated the egg yolks from the whites and beat the egg whites until stiff...I folded them into the batter at the end.. pancakes turned out light and fluffy!

Fastelavnsboller (Fastelavn Buns)

Reviewed: May 6, 2009
This was my first time making these, however I have made different kinds of breads before..I think this would be tricky for someone who never made bread..I liked them but I think it would be better if the pudding center was piped into the buns after they cooled..I found that the bread absorbed the pudding as it cooked...and what was left was too thick and slightly eggy..overall this was a nice recipe and I had fun making them...thanks for posting!

Beer Batter Fish Made Great

Reviewed: Jul. 30, 2009
i loved it...i used i cup whole wheat flour and 1/3 cup potato flakes because i did not have white flour..i added a little more beer due to the extra dry ingredience and i did not salt my scallops..i also dipped the fish in flour before dipping in the batter..the batter fried up really light and scrisy even if i did use whole wheat which really surpised me..next time i will cut down on the salt slightly..this recipe is quick and delicious..its a keeper for me...ty for posting :-)

Honey Nut Fruit Muffins

Reviewed: Aug. 14, 2011
These turned out great..at first I was worried because it looked like there were too much fruit compared to the dry ingredients..(i cut the recipe down to 6 using the calculator provided bye allrecipes, so maybe that is why)However they turned out nice! Thank you for an easy quick recipe..p.s. so hot here i even cooked them on the bbq outside this morning and they raised nice and were moist :-)
