About this Cook
I'm usually just cooking for myself so I don't pay so much mind to exacting amounts of every ingredient. As I repeatedly make the same dishes I'm going to perfect the measurements and update my recipes.
My favorite things to cook
I love coming up with recipes of a random compilation of ingredients. Sometimes they flop, but sometimes they taste great- and either way I improve my cooking skill with every creation.
My cooking triumphs
Hmm my cheesecake, and my meatballs and spaghetti are two dishes I will never be afraid of having any leftovers.
My cooking tragedies
I have tried a number of times, with multiple recipes- to make a lasagne. That must be my bad luck dish, because I have never successfully made one.

Asparagus Cashew Rice Pilaf
I made this dish just before last Passover. Followed the directions to a T and it came out perfectly, and it was pretty easy to do so. I think I'm just not a huge fan of cashews.

Old German Honey Cookies
These cookies were pretty good. I love the chewy texture, but I subsituted the ginger for 1 tsp of cinnamon.

Baked Pork Chops II
This was really good! I just made it to suprise my bf whose on his way home from work. I think it will be a pleasant one. I actually used sloppy joe sauce instead of tomato and I subsituted the salt with garlic salt.I made simple sidedish of steamed broccoli and cauliflauer and it goes well with the dish. On the downside, I don't think it needed to cook for the whole hr. its a little tough, and when I make it the next time around I don't think I will use the water it did'nt seemed necessary.
