Whole Wheat Seed Bread

Excellent recipe! I increased the flax, sunflower seeds, oats, and cracked wheat quantities by 50 percent. Also added vital gluten to counteract the tendency to be crumbly. Finally, I modified the recipe to include the Cornell triple enriched flour formula (each cup of flour included 1 tablespoon of soy flour, 1 tablespoon powdered milk solids, and 1 teaspoon wheat germ).

Chicken Pot Pie IX

This has to be the best chicken pot pie that I have ever had! Instead of a two crust pie, I used a biscuit topping that proved to be absolutely delicious. I also followed the advice of others and added some potatoes in addition to baking in a 375 degree oven.

Belgian Waffles

Very Good flavor that I think improves with a slow overnight rise in the refrigerator. However, the recipe will double in volume in an hour to an hour and a half IF the milk and the butter are warm (90 to 110 degrees F) when added. If this is not followed then the rise time will be longer. I can also confirm that the recipe made 8 waffles in a Belgian type waffle iron.

Cinnamon Belgian Waffles

I just replaced my old conventional waffle iron with a new Belgian waffle iron and this was the first recipe that I tried. I followed the recipe exactly with the exception of increasing the cinnamon to 1 teaspoon. The result was simply delicious. Note that in my case the recipe yielded four of the thick Belgian type waffles. Thus I suspect that the reports of eight to ten waffles by other reviewers is due to their using a conventional waffle iron rather than a Belgian waffle iron.
