Make-Ahead Vegetarian Moroccan Stew

Holy cow this is yummy. My 9yr & 14yr old loved it! The only substitute I made was using black eyed peas instead of garbanzo beans.

Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos

Yummy!!! I took the advice of past reviews and went with black beans. I served these burrito bar style and we added shredded soy cheese, lettuce and fresh salsa!

Marinated Baked Pork Chops

I followed this recipe exactly and my pork chops came out really dry and lacking flavor. I was disappointed as the prior reviews were excellent. I think if the marinade was doubled and cooking time was reduced by 5 minutes then this would have solved my problem.

Caribbean-Spiced Pork Side Ribs

Delicious and it feels up the entire house with AMAZING SMELLS. I cut this in half as it was just my husband and I for dinner. I also cut the orange juice down to 1/2 cup and then added 1/2 cup of pineapple juice. We will definitely be making this one again.

Linguine with Clams and Porcini Mushrooms

Excellent recipe. My husband and I both enjoyed this. The mushrooms was a great addition. I did add 2 tblspns of heavy cream to thicken the sauce. It made an excellent base for dipping our garlic bread

Chicken Pot Pie with Cheddar Crust

Fantastic recipe and worth the prep time. I did not have any cream so I substituted with 1/2 can of cream of mushroom soup. I also added some peas. The cheddar crust is flaky and crisp. My family ate the entire pie. I split the veggies and chicken in half to feed 4.

I took the advice of a few other reviews and tried it with cream of mushroom and cheddar. I substituted garlic powder with garlic salt and split this recipe in half for 2.
