Asian Roll Lettuce Wrap
Great meal and recipe - very malleable. I did follow the advice of another reviewer - browning the meat and then adding the sauce - to this I also added the green onions, minced water chestnuts and homemade chili paste. Also, I did not have the pepper or radishes so . . . I did not use them :-). A few words of caution . . . use light soy sauce or at least watch the amount of regular soy sauce you do end up using - I had a heavy hand with the regular soy sauce and ended up making it a bit saltier than necessary.

Banana Muffins with a Crunch
These muffins were excellent and easy to make (and I am by no means adept at baking). I did follow the recommendations with regard to the order of ingredients, as well as, using wheat flour and white flour and using two mashed bananas (I cut the recipe in half, because it's just me). I did not use any granola or oatmeal (just didn't feel like it), but next time I will add either to give the muffins a different texture. However, with these deletions and modifications, the muffins were very moist and flavorful.

Sugar Snap Peas with Mint
I had to make these the-less-than-fresh-ingredient-way. I bought frozen peas and used onion powder, garlic salt, olive oil and dried mint (because I had none of the other items on hand). I nuked the peas for three minutes, added the spices/oil, continued nuking for two more minutes and then added the dried mint. Wow! What a combination of flavors! Next time I will do it right, but if you're in a pinch this will suffice.
