Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

I've been making this every Christmas for four years now. It's always a HUGE hit regardless whether I use turkey or pork sausage or different types of bread. This is an EXCELLENT stuffing recipe. I bake it outside the bird in a 9"x13" pan and add about 3 cups of stock. Bake at 350 for 40 min covered then 15 min uncovered. Enjoy!

Gigantes (Greek Lima Beans)

I followed the recipe exactly (but soaked the beans for almost 24 hours) and was left with oily beans that were hard as a rock. They are stilll in my oven, have been baking for over 6 hours and they're still hard. I suggest you boil them for a lot longer than 20 minutes prior to baking if you want to make this. I would also add sauteed onions and cut the oil in half.
