Baked Asparagus with Balsamic Butter Sauce
I swap the quantities of the balsamic vinegar and the soy sauce and it's perfect every time! I served it at Christmas for my family, whom were never introduced to asparagus, and it was a hit. Since then it has become a staple side dish in my household. Love, love, love it!

Shepherd's Pie VI
Fantastic recipe! I substituted some Worcestershire sauce and dark brown sugar for the ketchup, and it gave the beef somewhat of a sweet and smoky flavor. Liquid smoke or Sriracha sauce would also make great additions to the beef.
