Autumn Harvest Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2010
Just took out my 1st batch of Autumn Harvest Cookies and they are yummy!! Can't wait to share them with the girls at work. I also used baking soda instead of baking powder. I personally love the hint of orange but I think next time i'll add a little orange zest too just for fun. In the directions it says to use just a teaspoon of dough but I used a tablespoon and it still just took 10 minutes in my oven. I'll be making these all season long!!

Filet Mignon with Rich Balsamic Glaze

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2010
So yummy! After reading the reviews I too BBQ and let my meat sit out for 30 mins before cooking my filets and doubled the sauce. I think if I were to cook the filets in the sauce it would have over powered this great cut of meat. Just a drizzle went a long way. I served it with French Onion Soup Gratinee from this site and a green. Perfect 5 star dinning! My boyfriend wants this for dinner every night!

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2010
LOVE this nice and easy recipe! Full of flavor!! I used Bill Echols Taco Seasoning and used Corona beer. I didn’t find any funny taste as others did. I also through my chicken breast in frozen and after 6 hours took them out and shredded them with a fork. Great recipe and thank you for sharing!!

Perfect Crab Cakes With Green Onions

Reviewed: Mar. 20, 2009
WOW! These crab cakes are perfect! This was my 1st time making these and boy was my man impressed! They were so easy to make! I, as others recommended used extra Old Bay seasoning, hot sauce & green onions. The best tip had to be adding panko bread crumbs. I made the crab cakes and put them in the fridge for a few hours then rolled them in the panko crumbs. Once they were done they were nice and crispy on the outside. They were just so good I’m making the again tonight! Thank You!!!
