LOVE this recipe. I too do a whole package of cream cheese, but when I triple it I do 2 packages not three. Also, I use frozen spinach, but I thaw it, squeeze out extra water, and then chop it. I use the minced garlic from a jar, and always add in more than I need, and a little garlic powder too. Also, I always go overboard on the cheese :) Maybe I'm just from Wisconsin, but I add always more cheese. I also have done it with roasted garlic alfredo sauce, and the four cheese alfredo sauce. It is famous amongst my family now, and it's what I bring to holidays!
