Italian Kale

My husband and I both thought that there was WAY too much vinegar in this recipe. We couldn't taste anything else and it was too powerful to eat. :( Also, we followed the advice of another reviewer and added 1/2c. water while the kale was cooking covered. This worked marvelously, but I would recommend draining the water before adding the remaining ingredients. If you cook it long enough to evaporate the water, it will be too well done!
