Sophie's Zucchini Bread
I just made these and they are awesome! I did make 2 changes. I used 1 cup sugar and 1 cup brown sugar. I also tossed in some chocolate chips! This recipe is very versatile. I am sure it would be great even without the changes. I love this recipe. It is the perfect way to use up zucchini. i can not quit raving about this recipe. My family loved this bread!

Old Fashioned Hard Candy
I have been looking for a hard candy recipe for quite a while like I had when I was growing up. Ii have never made it before and I was surprised at how easy it was! My first batch turned out perfectly! I do think it needs a little more of the extract but that is a personal choice. Thank you so much for such a easy recipe!

Scalloped Potatoes and Pork Chops
I found that like many others on this site this recipe definately needs a lot of tweeking. The sauce is greasy and clumpy and definately takes more than 30 minutes to cook. I think I will keep looking for another recipe.
