Prime Rib Roast

I just made this and it was delicious, even though I forgot the garlic so it can get better. I had my family over tonight and served it with roasted read potatoes and asparagus. Very very good. Not bad for the first time.

Macadamia Nut Crusted Tilapia

I just made this recipe today and it was very tasty. I will definitely make it again. I don't think anything will stand 15 minutes in the broiler unless it's made of steel. I of coursed followed everybody's suggestion and baked it for about 10 minutes at 400 degrees until the topping was golden brown.

Chicken Pasta and Vegetable Casserole

Shiitake Angel Hair Pasta

Very easy to make and totally delicious. This is my type of pasta. Made this with Macadamia crusted Tilapia and went great together. I can't wait to have this one again.

Rustic Tomato Basil Tart

My wife makes this often and I don't think I could ever get sick of it. It's delicious and simple to make. Great snack for when you have guest over.

Chinese Chicken Fried Rice I

I just made this last night and it was delicious. Just what I was craving. I didn't use as much pea pods as the recipe called for because I thought it would overpower the rice but I think I'll add the half a cup next time. Very nice recipe

New England Clam Chowder II

I was worried since this is my first time making it but I really liked it and my wife like it a lot also. I'm hard to please when it comes to chowder since I used to live in Rhode Island. Never made it before and I'm happy about how it turned out. My second bowl was the best since I put a bit of tabasco sauce on it. Next time I'll make it a little thicker but good recipe.
