Cream Cheese Ranch Potatoes

Yum, Yum, Yum. These mashed potatoes were so good and didn't last long. Made exactly as directed except I stuck them in the oven to heat them up a little more 350 for 10 minutes

Sweet Dinner Rolls

This was my first time making bread of any kind and these turned out pretty well. Make sure you put the dough somewhere warm to rise. I started putting them on the counter and they didn't rise much. Then I put them on the top of the stove when I had the oven going and they began to rise much more quickly.

Pork Chop Casserole II

This dish was a different way to serve pork which is just what we were looking for. I used fresh green beans that I had boiled and it turned out well. This recipe definitely makes more than 5 servings.

This recipe was a good way to change up green beans. My sister had seconds and she never eats green beans! I added minced garlic to the beans as they were boiling and skipped the parsley. Thanks for the recipe.

Three Cheese Baked Pasta

Everyone liked this. It tasted a lot like my mom's lasagna recipe but was so much easier to make. My mom says we can make this from now on :) It does make a lot so make sure you have plenty of people eating.

Chicken a la Fire Station

Everyone agreed this was a four-star meal, which is a really high rating for my family. The sauce had a nice flavor. I sprinkled some bread crumbs on top of the chicken with about 10 minutes left. I only made three chicken breasts so I had a lot of sauce left over which might have worked well with some noodles. I'll have to try this next time.

Creamy Potato Pork Chop Bake

This recipe was okay. A couple of family members had to put ketchup on the casserole so maybe I didn't put in enough salt. They also suggested that the casserole might be better with some other sort meat (bacon, hamburger, or chicken). Not sure if we will do this recipe again.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

My family was very skeptical at first because they already liked the meatloaf recipe my mom uses but they seemed to enjoy this version as well. They all agreed to four stars and they never agree on a rating. This is definitely my new favorite meatloaf recipe!

Upside Down Pizza

There were some very mixed reviews from the family, but I enjoyed it. I put pasta on the bottom, used colby jack cheese, mixed a beaten egg in the meat sauce with a tbsp being used to brush on top of the crescent rolls. I used the Easy Pizza Sauce I from this site for the sauce.

Beef Taco Skillet

I made this with taco seasoning instead of salsa, pasta, and hard taco shells. If I make this again, I will put the shells in last because they got sort of mushy and I would've preferred some crunch in the meal. My family members gave it a very mixed review so that's why I rated it a 3 (My mom said I should give it a five, my sister said 2).

Krista's Sticky Honey Garlic Wings

I used the sauce from this recipe on chicken breasts and it was still good. Cooked at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. I also only used 4 tbsp of water to mix with the cornstarch like one reviewer suggested. I served this with the Fried Rice Restaurant Style from this site. The leftover sauce from this recipe tastes good with the rice.

I thought this was good recipe. Next time I plan on using the suggestion for making it less mushy/stuck together. I replaced the peas with diced water chestnuts. I also used onion powder and minced garlic to add some flavor. I also boiled the rice in chicken broth.

Grilled Asian Chicken

The whole family enjoyed this chicken. The subtle and light flavor of the chicken is very good, it was not too salty. I used 1 tsp and 1 tbsp of brown sugar liked another reviewer suggested and baked at 425 degrees in the oven. Next time I think I will double the marinade which I think will make it even better.

Chicken Piccata with Angel Hair Pasta

The chicken was awesome but I don't think I had enough sauce left over for the noodles. I made without the capers and ended up not having the lemon juice, but the chicken was still excellent.
