About this Cook
Stay at home mom of three kids - two boys and a little girl.
My favorite things to cook
Love my slow cooker - so much easier to get dinner started right after lunch instead of 5pm when everything is going crazy!
My cooking triumphs
Wowed my family with a new recipe - snickerdoodle blondies, now their official favorite dessert!
My cooking tragedies
Invited friends over for dinner and tried a new recipe for garlic bread - WAY too much garlic, it was inedible!

Chocolate Mint Candies Cookies
I just made these and they are WONDERFUL! Instead of whole mint candies I used a bag of chopped up Andes mints (found them right by the chocolate chips), just added them to the cookie dough at the end. I'll have to make these again really soon because the family has eaten almost all of them in 2 days!

Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak
I make this all the time - my family's favorite meal! The only change I made was to substitute 2 cans of beef gravy instead of cream of chicken soup and I add 4-5 shakes of worcestershire sauce. Tender and delicious, great with garlic mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli!

Anniversary Chicken I
THIS CHICKEN IS INCREDIBLE!! I made it in the crock pot, so easy! Just covered the bottom of the crock with teriyaki sauce, added chicken breasts and cooked on low for 6 hours, turning chicken over a couple of times. I spooned on ranch dressing, added cheese and real bacon bits and then cooked 30 minutes more. Moist and delicious!
