Miso Sesame Salad Dressing
About this Cook
My favorite things to cook
I really like casseroles because timing mains with sides and a salad makes me nervous, but I can do it! I've always been very critical of my cooking so I like to cook things that are "safe". I love making Thai food because I think I have a good understanding of the flavours. I also love to bake! I'm forever on the hunt for the healthiest muffin and cookie recipes.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My husband deep fries a turkey every Christmas, and I make a great stuffing! I always also do an annual Christmas bake with my girlfriends.
My cooking triumphs
Anything I make that my family loves is a triumph!
My cooking tragedies
Before we got married, I made my husband a family dish, Steak and Peas. The steak was tough as leather and I wanted to crawl under the table. He ate it anyway and we laugh about it today. I haven't made steak and peas since.

Paleo Cauliflower Rice
This is a great substitute for rice. We're not really a cauliflower lovin' family but enjoy this. It would go along great with any dish that you would serve over rice or as a side. We served it with Chef John's Sweet and Sour Pork. This one is going in our regular rotation for sure! Thanks Lauren S

Sweet and Sour Pork Tenderloin
Tasty but TOO MUCH VINEGAR. It overpowered. I recommend if you're going to make this, use half of what's called for. I cut the pork into cubes and glad I did. Was much less work than slicing and pounding. I served on top of cauliflower rice. Worked well. Thx Chef John

Best Cream Of Broccoli Soup
Sorry to say we found this rather bland. I bit of cayenne helped. Something still seemed missing to me. Enjoyed trying it though. Thanks Jessie A
